MONROSS-Trailblazers have been going the extra mile in marathons, hill runs and across national borders and back.

The club has also congratulated Faye Johnson on winning her age group in the Forest Spring marathon a few weeks ago, which has qualified her to represent England in the International representative masters trail race in September.

"Faye ran the FOD Spring Trails half marathon, finishing fifth in her age category in a very competitive field! Little did she know at the time, that this race would qualify her to represent England..." posted the club.

"What an amazing achievement Faye, we are incredibly proud!"

Meanwhile, mum and daughter Blazers Emma and Rosie Davies took on the Berlin Half Marathon and running together paced their race all the way through to finish in 1 hour 53 minutes 58 seconds – Rosie's first half marathon under two hours.
