Gymnasts from Wye Gymnastics Club did their coaches proud when every one of them took home a medal from the 2013 Welsh Tumbling Championships.
The Caldicot-based gymnastics club travelled to Haverfordwest to take part in the annual event and returned with five Welsh champions as well as a host of other medals.
Round 1 saw the Intermediate level gymnasts compete and all three teams took home medals.
The 9/10-year-old team of Izzy Harries, Dylan Duffield and Mollie Harris took Team Gold, the 11/12-year-old team of Lucy Bonner, Lily Atkinson, Megan McMahon and Eva Cliff took Team Silver and the 13/14-year-old team of Sophie Warnock, Jessica Bonner and Jessica Hawke also took Team Gold.
The medals didn't stop there as Izzy was crowned Welsh champion with Dylan and Mollie taking individual silver medals and Sophie and Jess H take individual bronze.
Round 2 was the turn of the National and Advanced level gymnasts where Nancy Heffaran took a bronze medal in the 11/12-year-old national group and Chelsea Riddoch took silver in the 13/14 Advanced section.
Anais Walsh was crowned 11/12 Advanced Champion and Shannon Drew took the title in the 15/16-year-old age group.
The final round saw the World Age Group event take place. This is the hardest level and was also being used as the final trial event for selection of the Welsh Team for an International event in October.
Mason Riddoch became the 9/10-year-old champion while Lloyd Howells came second in the 11/12-year-old age group.
The 13/14-year-old team of Ioan Edwards, Joshua Carron, Dylan Howells and Elijah Carroll took the gold medal in the team event while Josh took the individual championship title and team mate Elijah came third.
The pressure was on for the club's last competitor Emily Howells competing in the 15/16 age group. Emily kept her composure though and secured another silver medal for the club.
The good news does not stop there as four gymnasts from the club have been selected to represent Wales in the Cwpan Cymru International in October.
Emily Howells, Joshua Carron, Elijah Carroll and Dylan Howells made the final team selection and are all looking forward to representing their country in this event as well as their coach Carly Hawke, who has been selected to attend as a judge for the Welsh team.
