MONMOUTHSHIRE Cricket Club and Usk Cricket Club are set to welcome Sportsman Cricket Club, as they embark on a cricketing tour of the area later this year. 

Sportsman Cricket Club (SCC) are heading down from Birmingham in June, where they will meet Monmouthshire Cricket Club on the 28th and Usk Cricket Club on the 30th.

Fixture Secretary for Usk Cricket Club (UCC) said: 

‘We are looking forward to welcoming Sportsman CC on the 30th June as part of their tour to the area.’

‘It’s always good to play touring sides coming down to play us as it has done in previous years at Usk. We at Usk CC give thanks to Sportsman CC for the fixture. Hopefully will be a great day and game!’. 

However, the English side are searching for a third game and have taken to X, formally Twitter, in the hopes to complete their trilogy of events. Currently, the side is without a fixture on the 29th June 2024.
