The popular Chepstow Walking Festival returns today.
There is a programme of 34 guided walks between April 20 and April 24.
The festival includes hidden histories, stunning viewpoints, wildlife and some with a surprising twist.
There is a chance to improve your map reading skills by joining a workshop with Kevin Walker Mountain Activities Crickhowell and in the evening listen to his interesting and informative talk on nature in the Brecon Beacons.
This year is the 10th anniversary of the official launch of the Wales Coast Path and Chepstow being accredited as an accredited Walkers are Welcome town, a national volunteer organisation working to provide the best walking experience for visitors and the local community
Tickets are £5 per single ticket. Under 16s, Walk for Health and Welsh-speaking walks are free. Places are limited and booking is essential.
