We will be welcoming a group of Carbonnais to Monmouth in early May, 2024 so this is a great time to get involved in the town twinning. We are delighted that pupils from Osbaston Church in Wales Primary School will be joining us to tell us all about their “Postcards,Posters and Pen friends Project” with École Henri Chanfreau in Carbonne.
