PUPILS across the region have been presented with illustrated children’s dictionaries by the Chepstow and District Rotary Club.

The Rotary Club aims to give away dictionaries to pupils that the schools consider worthy each year.

This year children from Dewstow, Undy, Archbishop Rowan Williams, Castle Park, Thornwell, Pembroke, Shirenewton, The Dell, Offas Mead and Tutshill Church of England Primary Schools were given a prize.

The club awarded 64 of the illustrated dictionaries which are designed to promote curiosity and learning.
