SIMPLY ‘Breathtaking” is how the Sunday Times described ‘The Wonder of Stevie’ tribute show in a five-star review.

And the ultimate tribute to the Master Blaster himself, Stevie Wonder, will be rocking Monmouth’s Savoy Theatre on Saturday, September 9.

Headed by mesmeric vocalist Noel McCalla–voted one of Britian’s top soul singers–and award-winning saxophonist Derek Nash from Jools Holland’s R&B Orchestra, the world-class band present a diverse catalogue of back-to-back Stevie Wonder hits including Superstition, Signed, Sealed, Delivered, Isn’t She Lovely, I

Wish, Sir Duke, Master Blaster and loads more.

The Wonder of Stevie’s outstanding nine-piece live band features musicians who have previously performed with a wide variety of music legends including Bill Withers, Amy Winehouse, The Bee Gees, Paul McCartney, Nile Rodgers, Eric Clapton, David Gilmour, Martha Reeves, Chaka Khan, Jamiroquai, Booker T. Jones, Sam Moore, Jethro Tull, Eddie Floyd, Gregory Porter and Alfie Boe.

Jools Holland himself has labelled the show “a dazzling homage to one of the great masters of 20th & 21st century music”, while The Guardian in another five-star review labelled the show “spine-tingling”.

And The House of Soul praised its “finesse, energy and all-round brilliance”.
