Very many thanks to everyone who supported the Monmouth Open Gardens on Sunday 19th May.

Local organiser for Monmouth Open Gardens, Tim Haynes said they were “blessed with wonderful weather and overall the six gardens welcomed nearly 400 visitors.

“We made £3,900 for the National Garden Scheme charities which include Mary Curie and Macmillan Nurses. A further £1000 was made from teas and refreshments which is being donated to the Hereford branch of the Samaritans.
