Gwent Police is re-appealing for information regarding the whereabouts of 22-year-old Perry Smith who is a patient at Llanarth Court Hospital, Abergavenny who failed to return from unescorted leave in Abergavenny town centre on Friday 21st August.

He was last seen walking from Abergavenny Bus Station into the town centre at around 10.30am on Friday 21st August.??

Perry is described as white with a shaved head. He was wearing a green waterproof short mac, brown Krishna t-shirt, black linen trousers and black Vans trainers with white soles. He was carrying a green camouflage rucksack.??Members of the public are asked to call police if they do see Perry as it’s believed he may be a potential risk without his medication.

Mr Smith is originally from the Devon and Cornwall area and it’s believed he has links in that region and may be there. ??If anyone knows of his whereabouts, please call 101 quoting log number 201 22/08/15.
