A BREAKFAST club for armed forces serving members and veterans in Monmouth is to be launched later this month.
The Monmouth and Ross Districts Armed Forces and Veterans Breakfast Club is a new branch of the National Armed Forces and Veterans Breakfast Clubs Organisation which has around 300 clubs nationwide and aims to combat isolation and help veterans make the transition back into civilian life.
The breakfast club is a group of veterans and serving members of Her Majesties Armed Forces. Club activities include dinners or other planned events and where personal support is always on hand for those who need it.
New members can find out what’s on and may join the club by applying to join the group’s Facebook group or can just turn up to one of the breakfast mornings.

The breakfast club is to be launched on Saturday 17th February and will meet on the third Saturday of each month thereafter at 9.30am at The Cross Keys Inn, Goodrich, Ross–on-Wye, Herefordshire HR9 6JB.
All services veterans from all arms will be made most welcome.
