A 28-YEAR-OLD man has been summoned to appear at Newport Magistrates' Court tomorrow (Friday, April 26), following a police investigation of an alleged late night Christmas incident in Monmouth town centre.

He was interviewed voluntarily after police received a report of racially and religiously aggravated harassment without violence outside a licensed premises in Monmouth at around 11.30pm on Saturday, December 30, 2023.
