The Made in Monmouthshire cooperative will be showcasing in the Artisan Village at Abergavenny Food Festival this weekend.

Made in Monmouthshire is a cooperative of of unique, talented and expert artists, makers and creators who showcase a wide variety of traditional and contemporary inspirational products.

A spokesperson for the group said: ‘‘We have become a regular feature of the Food Festival and people visit our Artisan Village year after year to seek out unique products for themselves or as gifts, so it’s an ideal opportunity to do some Christmas shopping!’’

The Artisan Village is based at Cibi Walk Car Park which is situated on both King Street and Lion Street and is FREE ENTRY.

The cooperative will be open between 9.30am -6pm on Saturday and 9.30am-5pm on Sunday.

This year the following people will be present- Sarah Wygas Ceramics, Owain Salter blacksmith, Jan Thomas Textiles at The Weir/ Gwlan Y Fenni, Tracey-Anne Sitch wildlife artist, Fleur Anstey Meates leatherwork, Janet Chaplin artist, Tracey Russell woollen products, Jackie Poulter Jewellery, Alison Powell Ceramics, Woody Woodspirit, Barbara Bromhead-Wragg UK Natures Gifts , Sally Mills mixed media artist, Malcom Drysdale Art Apart Studio, Helen Carter Abbey Jewellery, Clare Williams Botanical artist, Bridies Beads, Mountain Heights T shirts, The Pouring Shed candles Annamarie McHugh Jewellery.

Plus visiting artists include Mark Lewis Photography, Mandi Baykaa-Murray Feather Artist and Dave Wettner Stained Glass artist.
