Just a reminder that the Monmouth Christmas Lantern Parade will go ahead this Friday. Gathering at the Old Monnow Bridge at 6pm, Father Christmas (with help from Monmouth Rotary Club) will lead the parade through Monnow Street to Agincourt square at 6.30pm, arriving there at around 6.50pm.

There you will be greeted with a performance from Monmouth Male Voice Choir and the Good Day choir will lead the crowds with Christmas carols. Enjoy the rest of the live performances on stage from local primary schools and community choirs. Monmouth Christmas Lantern Parade is a FREE event funded by Monmouth Town Council. There will be a Christmas craft fayre in the Shire Hall.
