PUPILS from Kymin View Primary School tackled the litter around their local shop, in an attempt to tidy up the community.
As part of this spring term’s recycling topic, the children collected and recycled over 100 drinks cans and assorted litter.
The determined children learnt that everyone with a little effort can improve the place where they live.
They are going to be asking the council for extra bins, a drinks-can recycling bin and will be making posters to encourage others to keep the area tidy in the future.
