BRIDGES Community Centre is once again grateful to the ‘Rockfield Boys’ after further fundraising efforts for Bridges.   

The “Shoobop” evening they organised on Saturday 10th September raised £572  to support the Social Circles group at Bridges.  

The boys are very grateful to all the who kindly donated prizes for the raffle and auction, including ‘Tiger Bella’, ‘Extons’, ‘The Chop Shop’, ‘No. 18’ and ‘MJs’.

The star prize was four rounds of golf, gifted by the Rolls Club, which raised £90.  

Bridges Community Centre director, Mark Walton said: “The Rockfield Boys have been tremendous fundraisers for Bridges and we greatly appreciate their efforts.

“This money will be used to help ensure the survival of the Social Circles group which provides such a valuable service to senior citizens in Monmouth and the surrounding district.”
