MAGOR Square will be closed to traffic between 4pm and 7pm on Friday 1st December, for an open air community carol service.

The event will include carols and readings led by the Severn Tunnel Silver Band.

On 2nd December there will be Christmas crafts and carols at Magor Marsh between 2pm and 4.30pm, with a nativity parade and singing around the campfire. Attendance costs £2 for Gwent Wildlife members and £3 for non-members.

Lastly, the village’s Frost Fair will run from 5pm on Saturday 9th December. There will be stalls, music, a hog roast, and Father Christmas will even be present in his grotto.

Undy and Magor Schools will perform, as well as Crazy Clayton, Samba Band, and Serenata. Admission is free.
