SOUL Train will soon be steaming into Monmouth’s Savoy again, packed on board with a fine feast of soulful gems.

Harking back to the days when the dancefloor was king, the six-strong cast deliver a fun-packed presentation of 60s and 70s soul classics, from the early soul days of Tamla Motown, Stax and Atlantic records through to disco and beyond as the show brings on the good times.

Featured in the feelgood production are classic hit songs by the likes ofStevie Wonder, The Isley Brothers, The Supremes, Gladys Knight, The O'Jays, Marvin Gaye, Aretha Franklin, Ike & Tina Turner, Donna Summer, Candi Staton, Whitney Houston, Billy Ocean, Lionel Richie, Tavares and many more great artists, that will have you singing and dancing in the aisles.

After selling over one million concert tickets for The Rat Pack Vegas Spectacular Show, producer and performer Wayne Kennedy has returned to his teenage roots and love of soul and rhythm and blues with this theatrical production, with the emphasis on fun and great songs.

He said: "There are six lead vocalists – three boys and three girls who sing and dance up a storm through three decades of wonderful tunes."

Wayne started his career in 1969 as a DJ and became a professional singer five years later.
